Location & Onboarding 

This role starts in our Berlin office for a 2–3 month onboarding and ramp-up period, learning our sales playbook, product, and systems hands-on alongside the team. After that, you'll relocate to be based in North Rhine-Westphalia, ready to hit the ground running as we roll out the region.


Your mission

We're looking for a motivated, competitive Sales Development Representative who thrives on generating and qualifying new business opportunities. You bring a strong work ethic, genuine enthusiasm for Bella&Bona, and the drive to not just meet but exceed your sales targets. Working closely with our Management team and founders, you'll have real room to grow your career in sales. If you're self-motivated and want to build a solid foundation in tech sales, this role is for you.

Your responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a customer acquisition strategy to launch and expand Bella&Bona's client base within North Rhine-Westphalia from the ground up.
  • Reach and exceed KPIs, including calls completed, demos booked with qualified prospects.
  • Establish relationships with key B2B contacts, particularly office managers and HR representatives.
  • Represent Bella&Bona in the region, showcasing our offerings in the context of client needs
  • Collaborate with marketing to align on campaigns and sales enablement materials for the region
  • Data Hygiene, maintain an organized pipeline and activity records in Hubspot.

This role can be full-time, part-time, or a working student position. We're happy to find the setup that works best for both sides

Your profile

  • 1-2 years of sales or professional experience
  • A professional interest in building a career in sales
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - eager to advance through clearly defined learning and earning paths
  • Self-disciplined, organized, and ambitious. Able to consistently achieve daily and monthly goals
  • Go-getter attitude that displays initiative and persistence, all with an innovative mindset
  • Positive and creative attitude with professional communication skills
  • Resilience, perseverance, and the ability to overcome objections
  • Ability to work in a high-energy, sales-team environment
  • Confident with Hubspot
